1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Universal Inventory POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
📢 Notice: This software is currently offered for FREE. We reserve the right to convert this into a PAID/Subscription-based service at any time. Users will be given prior notice before any charges are applied.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensuring all transaction data entered is accurate and legal.
- Any business decisions made based on the sales reports generated by the system.
3. Service Availability & Modifications
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the POS system (including moving from free to paid tiers) with or without notice.
4. Data Ownership
The data you enter (products, sales, customers) belongs to you. However, the software code, design, and intellectual property belong to Work For Client . You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the software without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any business losses, data corruption, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of this software. Users are advised to keep manual records for critical transactions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the system if found violating any terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or once the paid model is active, failing to pay the subscription fees.
