2. Account & Security
We use a simplified login system. You just register with your Gmail ID and create a password. No complicated email verification delays.
Highly secure. Every registered Admin gets their very own isolated SQLite database. Your data is never mixed with other users' data.
You can reach out to our support team to reset your admin credentials, or use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page if enabled by the system administrator.
Yes, you can easily change your Shop Name, Contact details, and Address from the Admin Settings page at any time.
Only YOU (the Admin) and the Staff members you manually create have access to your shop's database.
Yes, if you wish to stop using the service, you can request account deletion, which will permanently erase your tenant database.
3. Inventory Management
Log in as an Admin, navigate to "Products" in your dashboard, and click "Add New Item". Enter the name, price, and stock quantity.
No! You can add unlimited products to your inventory. The system is designed to handle thousands of items effortlessly.
Go to the Products page, find the item, and click "Edit". You can update the available stock in seconds.
If an item's stock reaches zero, the system will prevent staff from adding it to the cart during billing, preventing overselling.
Yes, Admins have the right to delete products. However, Staff members cannot delete products.
Yes! The moment you update a price or stock quantity, it instantly syncs to all active POS terminals.
4. POS, Cart & Billing
Staff members can open the POS screen, click on items to add them to the cart, review the total, and click "Checkout" to instantly generate a bill.
Yes! You can configure your tax percentage (like GST or VAT) in the Settings, and the cart will auto-calculate it on the final bill.
Absolutely. Once checkout is complete, a print-ready invoice is generated. Just press CTRL+P (or CMD+P) to print it on your thermal or standard printer.
The invoice layout is responsive and works perfectly with A4 printers, A5, and standard 80mm/58mm Thermal Receipt Printers.
Both Admins and Staff have a "Billing History" section. You can search by Invoice ID to view or reprint any old bill.
Yes. If you click on the POS search bar, you can simply scan a barcode, and if the product ID matches, it will instantly add to the cart.
5. Staff & Employees
A Staff account is a restricted user created by the Admin. Staff can log in to generate bills, but cannot access admin settings or edit products.
From your Admin Dashboard, go to "Staff Management", click "Add Staff", and set a username and password for them.
No. Staff can only see the total number of bills *they* have generated. They cannot see your total shop revenue or profit reports.
No. Once a bill is generated, staff cannot delete or modify it. This ensures zero fraud and accurate accounting.
Yes! You can have multiple staff members logged into their own POS terminals, processing bills simultaneously.
Yes. If an employee leaves, the Admin can simply delete their staff account from the dashboard, instantly revoking their access.
